Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies

Looking for a quick healthy snack? These gummies are the ones for you, suitable for Children and Adults.


- 1 & 1/2 cups of organic apple juice or beetroot juice

- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

- 1/2 cup of water

- 5 tablespoons of Australian Beef Gelatine

(For kids use unsweetened fruit juice)


1. Combine all liquid ingredients in a small saucepan and heat until its hots enough to whisk

2. Add in the gelatine powder (Do not boil just heat until the gelatine has dissolved)

3. Pour into ice cub trays or a mould

4. Set in fridge

This recipe makes 24 does after cut into little cubes
